WHAT ARE YOUR MANUFACTURING TIMES?

WHY IS THERE A DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE PRICE OF CUSTOM-MADE CLOTHING AND READY-TO-WEAR CLOTHING?

This difference is due to the cost of alterations, as well as advice, fittings, and assistance in the creation of a custom-made wedding dress.

WHEN SHOULD YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?

Ideally, you should come in around 9-12 months in advance. Please allow between 7 and 9 months for production (this varies depending on our progress in the workshop). This time is necessary for the production of your wedding dress, fittings, and alterations. Delivery will be 1 month to 3 weeks before the big day.

CAN WE BE ACCOMPANIED?

Yes, you can bring up to four people with you.

CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY WEDDING DRESS?

All our designs are made to order in our workshop. As the dresses are not mass-produced, we can customize each one. Made-to-measure, adding sleeves or a train, changing the fabric, altering the neckline... there are many possibilities for modifications, provided they are technically feasible.

WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

We offer two collections: “Une Collection Intemporelle” (A Timeless Collection), which is tailor-made and customizable, allowing you to draw inspiration from models already available in the boutique or start from scratch to create a unique design. Prices for this collection of wedding dresses range from €1,900 to €2,800, with some exclusive models costing more.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO MY APPOINTMENT?

It is best to bring thin, nude-colored, seamless underwear. Another important tip is to bring a pair of heels with the height you would like to wear on your big day.

HOW DOES A WEDDING DRESS FITTING WORK?

The showroom is reserved for you for two hours. You will be welcomed by the designer, who will take care of you and, after discussing your needs, will suggest several models that match what you are looking for and would flatter your figure while staying within your budget. For example, you can select models in advance.

HOW MANY APPOINTMENTS SHOULD BE SCHEDULED?

There is the initial meeting and possibly a second meeting to sign the contract. Generally, two fitting appointments are necessary. In our experience, this is more than sufficient. However, if a third technical appointment proves necessary, we will of course arrange it.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT TERMS?

Our terms and conditions require a 50% deposit upon placing your order. This is necessary to purchase the fabric and begin making your wedding dress. A second deposit of 25% is required at the second appointment (for alterations), usually two and a half months before your wedding, and the final balance is due upon delivery.

DO YOU DRESS THE GUESTS?

We have chosen to focus solely on bridal wear. For ready-to-wear, a collection of dresses is available.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE MY READY-TO-WEAR DRESS TOO LATE?

The production times are clearly known to all: 6 months for a wedding dress, 3 months for a casual chic dress

Therefore, if your event date (wedding or other) does not align with our production times, we are not held responsible.

Furthermore, common sense dictates that there may be delivery delays that are beyond our control; therefore, these factors must be taken into consideration before committing.
